Though she’s aging, Boom Shaka Laka remains the backbone of BRC—the cow that made us who we are. When we launched BRC in 2019, we were terrified. Could we make it? Most said we couldn’t. But we knew we had something special: two of the finest Brahman animals in the world, Noble and Boom Shaka Laka, right in our pastures. With their unmatched quality and God’s guidance, they built the BRC you see today.

Boom Shaka Laka combines the 3-X bloodline, rooted in the legendary Keeran Indianola imports, with the iconic Johnny Jefcoat breeding. Her lineage traces back to Rex Emperor Manso, Tippu, and the double-bred Brazilian import bull Supimpa, known for producing gorgeous, Guzerat-influenced cattle with strong breed character, broad foreheads, and big humps. From the Jefcoat side, she boasts Imperator, JJ 389, Manso Grande, and the Sartwelle’s Hazel foundation cow. This cow family traces back to Manso’s half sister.
