The 2026 ExpoCebú Panamá 2026 once again showcased what modern Brahman breeding is all about — proven genetics, diverse sire lines, and cattle that can compete at the highest levels across multiple programs, countries, and breeding philosophies.
For BRC Ranch, one of the biggest takeaways from this year’s show was not simply the number of champions tied to our genetics, but the incredible diversity of sires represented throughout the winners circle. From proven legends to rising young sires, BRC-influenced cattle captured championships across both gray and red divisions, bulls and females, and multiple age categories.
That kind of consistency across an entire bull battery doesn’t happen by accident. It is the result of disciplined breeding, intentional sire selection, and a commitment to producing cattle with structural integrity, breed character, and real-world functionality.
At this year’s ExpoCebú Panamá, BRC-sired champions were represented by:
+M2 BRC Captain 518/1
+Mr. V8 458/7 (+BRC Noble)
BRC Boomtown 372/8
+Mr. V8 160/8
+BRC Dutton 376/8
BRC Mr. Boom Box 38
That lineup alone speaks volumes about the depth and versatility of the BRC breeding program.
Judges Andres Arenas evaluated the cattle.

One of the standout winners of the event was MISTER TOLÉ (T.E.) 549/4, sired by +M2 BRC Captain 518/1, who captured the Joven Mayor Champion Gray Bull title for Ganadera Carlos Santiago Castillo & Familia. Captain progeny continue to make their mark internationally with their combination of power, masculinity, structural correctness, and eye appeal.
The influence of +Mr. V8 458/7 (+BRC Noble) was especially dominant throughout the show. Noble offspring claimed championships in both the gray and red divisions, highlighting his ability to consistently sire elite cattle regardless of color or breeding program.
Among those winners were:
MISTER TOLÉ (T.E.) 700/5 — Becerro Champion Gray Bull
HVR MR NOBLE ROJO (T.E.) 1032/3 — Reserve Grand & Reserve Adulto Champion Red Bull
GKM LADY SLUGGER 886/3 — Reserve Grand & Reserve Adulta Champion Gray Female
GKM LADY SLUGGER 245/4 — Joven Intermedia Champion Gray Female

Few sires in the modern era have demonstrated the kind of global consistency and adaptability that Noble continues to show. His progeny are winning across countries, climates, and breeding styles — a true testament to the strength of his genetics.
The success of BRC Boomtown 372/8 also reinforced the growing momentum behind the “Signature Ranching” sire line. His daughter, GMNL FIA TOWN 53/23, claimed Senior Champion Gray Female honors for Ganadera Mi Niño Lindo, S.A. Boomtown cattle continue to be appreciated for their balance, maternal value, and practical functionality while still maintaining the style needed to compete at elite levels.
Meanwhile, +Mr. V8 160/8 added another international champion to his impressive resume through MISS TOLÉ (T.E.) 510/3, who was named Adulta Intermedia Champion Gray Female. The consistency and femininity found in 160 daughters continues to make him one of the most influential breeding bulls in modern Brahman history.
One of the most exciting storylines from Panama was the continued rise of +BRC Dutton 376/8 on the international stage. Dutton daughters captured both the Joven Mayor Champion Gray Female and Reserve Joven Mayor Champion Gray Female titles:

Dutton progeny are rapidly building a reputation for combining power, extension, structural integrity, and elite show ring presence — traits that are resonating with breeders around the globe.
The next generation of BRC genetics was also well represented by BRC Mr. Boom Box 38, whose daughter MISS TOLÉ (T.E.) 697/5 captured Becerra Champion Gray Female honors. Seeing emerging sires already producing champions at this level is an exciting indicator for the future of the BRC program.

Beyond the banners and championship titles, what makes these results meaningful is the wide range of breeding programs represented throughout the winners circle. These cattle are succeeding for progressive breeders across Panama because they are backed by real genetic value, intentional breeding decisions, and cattle designed to perform both inside and outside the show ring.
Congratulations to all of the outstanding breeders and exhibitors who represented BRC genetics so successfully at ExpoCebú Panamá 2026:
