2025-2026 ABLE Program Cohort Named

September 16, 2025

BRC Ranch and Ranch House Designs proudly introduce the 2025-2026 class of America’s Beef Leaders of Excellence (ABLE).

The “ABLE” program is a prestigious mentorship and leadership program tailored for young beef cattle enthusiasts of all breeds, between the ages of 14 and 21. Designed to cultivate leadership skills, enhance industry expertise, and foster personal growth, ABLE offers an unparalleled opportunity for participants to excel in the world of purebred seedstock beef cattle.

ABLE’s innovative structure revolves around individualized mentorship in four key areas: marketing seedstock cattle, breeding strategies, cattle judging, and farm to table beef.

Each participant is thoughtfully matched with an experienced and accomplished mentor in the beef industry who will guide and support them throughout their journey.

This program celebrates young leaders in the beef industry who have shown exceptional commitment, knowledge, and passion for advancing the industry. These students will participate in a year-long mentorship program with BRC, helping shape the future of young beef leaders.
