More Than One Great Bull
What makes this accomplishment particularly rewarding is the diversity of sires represented.
The winners trace back to proven breed leaders such as Noble, Captain, Dutton, Amos Moses, and 306/7, while also highlighting newer and emerging genetics like Whoa Macklin, Hey Dude, Sonic Boom, and Ghost Pepper.
These bulls differ in pedigree, phenotype, and breeding strategy, yet they all share one common trait: they are products of the long-term vision behind the B.R. Cutrer Ranch breeding program.
Our goal has never been to produce a single great show animal.
Our goal is to build cow families and sire lines that consistently create cattle capable of winning in the show ring, thriving in production environments, and adding value for breeders around the world.
Seeing nine different BRC sires represented among the winners at one of the most competitive junior events in the country is a powerful reminder that the program is working.
