BRC 103/8, the esteemed dam of BRC Me Again Margaret 254 and BRC Money Don’t Jiggle 240, was named to the ABBA (American Brahman Breeders Association) Register of Renown in February 2024 at the annual ABBA membership meeting held in conjunction with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
This female is bred by Rachel Cutrer. As a champion herself during her show career in the early 2010s, 103/8 represents the modern mainstay of the 98 cow family, a cow family proven for functionality, look, and soundness.
The duo of Margaret and 240 racked up countless banners individually in the 2023-2024 American Brahman Breeders Association point show season including:
BRC Me Again Margaret 254 – 2023 ABBA National Champion Female and 2023 All American Grand Champion Female, amongst countless other championship titles.
BRC Money Don’t Jiggle 240 – 2024 Cattleman’s Congress Supreme Champion American Breeds Bull, along with numerous other wins.
Combined with their full sister BRC You Should’ve Known 235/1, this trio is undefeated in the newly created Breeders Genetic Group division of the ABBA. This class features three full siblings. These three were named Champion Breeders Genetic Group at the 2024 International Brahman Show and the 2023 National Brahman Show.
103 joins the list of numerous BRC females to carry the Register of Renown distinction, and we are proud of her accomplishments.
“I am very proud for 103 to earn this achievement,” said Rachel Cutrer. “The 98 cow family is one that spans over two decades for my breeding program. 103 is one of the leaders of this cow family now for BRC, and it makes me proud to reflect back on the last two decades and how far we have come. To me, Margaret 254 and Money Don’t Jiggle 240 are two of the most ideal modern Brahman types. Their show award record has been phenomenal in the last year and I am proud of the breeding decisions Brandon and I, along with Keaton Dodd, have made to get to this point.”
