Global Demand Surges at BRC Ranch’s 2025 Global Genetics Event
Online Sale Draws International Crowd, Sets Record Prices for Elite Brahman Genetics
BRC Ranch once again cemented its reputation as a global leader in Brahman genetics with the success of its Global Genetics Event, held online June 16–17 through DVAuction.com. The sale drew buyers and bidders from across the world, spotlighting the international demand for BRC’s elite bloodlines and cutting-edge genetic offerings.
Buyers participated from Mexico, Paraguay, Australia, the United States, New Caledonia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Belize, with active bidding also recorded from Costa Rica, Pakistan, and numerous U.S. states including Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.
The standout of the two-day auction was the worldwide debut of BRC Money Don’t Jiggle 240 semen, marking the exclusive offering for 2025. The bull’s single straw packages topped the sale at $5,125 per unit, with an average of $4,544 per straw on U.S.-qualified semen. This launch firmly positioned “Money Don’t Jiggle” as one of the most in-demand young AI sires globally.
Also generating strong interest was the ultra-limited semen on BRC 279/7, a respected polled herd bull with dwindling inventory. These straws averaged $1,438, reflecting continued demand for 279’s genetics.
The Australian export offering saw vigorous bidding, with the final Australia-cleared straws of BRC Noble 458 averaging $730 per straw, and BRC 160/8 semen averaging $365 among Australian buyers.
In the embryo division, the top-seller was the exclusive pairing of BRC Lady Sugar 62 x M2 BRC Captain 518/1, bringing $2,525 per embryo and attracting attention for its blend of maternal excellence and next-generation sire power.
With buyers from four continents and competitive bidding across time zones, the sale underscored BRC’s continued leadership in delivering DNA-verified, performance-driven Brahman genetics to breeders around the globe.
