Captain Daughters Excel at East Texas State Fair

Captain daughters consistently rose to the top at the  2025 East Texas State Fair in Athens, Texas, judged by Tyler Mackey.

In total, four different BRC AI bulls sired division or overall winners including: 

Grand Champion Female: Miss HC Quinn 180/3, a Captain daughter out of  +Miss WCC Violet 217/6, owned by Herzog Cattle.  

Junior Champion Female: M4 Miss Carmelcorn 32, a Captain daughter out of BRC Camelita 280, owned by Bailey Shico.

Reserve Junior Champion Female: 79’s Miss 125/23, a Captain daughter out of Miss V8 338/8, owned by Ty Richey.

Reserve Intermediate Champion Female: AT Miss Reba 168/4, a Noble daughter out of AT Miss Arrow Manseaux 752/9, owned by Anna Thomas.

Reserve Junior Yearling Champion Female: Walters My Betty 661, a BRC Ghost Pepper 133 daughter out of Walters Betty Lou 820, owned by Rodney Finch and Madison Fontenot.

Calf Champion Female: Miss 5H Tatum 8/5, a BRC 160/8 daughter out of Lady H Claudia Manso 5, owned by Brynn Harris.

Intermediate Champion Gray Bull: M4 Captain Cold 40, a Captain son out of BRC Camelita 280, owned by M4 Ranch.
