Ganadera San Jose, owned by Marco Barba Family of Mexico, claimed numerous championships at the 2025 XXVII National Brahman Exhibition, Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico, including top honors produced by their super donor – Miss V8 332/8.
“The 332 cow we bought from you continues to produce more and more extraordinary offspring,” said Barba in a private message letting us know of the many championships she had at the show.
Miss V8 332/8 is a female bred and raised by us, and one that we sold to the Barba family prior to our transition to BRC. Hence, she carries our old brand.
Dalia FIV 92/3 was selected as Grand Champion Female. She is an extremely eye appealing, functional female with a calf at side. She is a direct daughter of 332/8 and sired by JDH Mr Dover Manso 400/0.

The Barba family also won the Champion Progenie de la Vaca Gris with these three exceptional daughters of 332/8.

At BRC, we are proud to sell cattle that win – and we sell cattle that produce winners. We are honored to have strong, long-standing relationships with many of the world’s top cattlemen. Mr. Barba purchased this female in 2016, and nearly 10 years later, she is still going strong.
Together, we are working to breed the best possible Brahman cattle the world has ever seen in terms of functionality and purpose yet with eye appeal and presence.
Congratulations to the Marco Barba family of Ganaderia San Jose and we look forward to seeing the continued success of their super donor, 332/8.
If we can assist you in finding your next super donor, we invite you to take a look at our heifers for sale and upcoming sales. We are at your service!
