BRC Ranch is proud to announce that Mollie Cutrer has been elected to serve on the Texas Junior Brahman Association Board of Directors.
While championships and banners are always exciting, this accomplishment holds a special significance. Board members are elected by their fellow junior members to help represent, guide, and serve the Texas Junior Brahman Association. The position requires leadership, responsibility, integrity, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
For Mollie, service to the Brahman breed has always extended beyond the show ring.
Over the years, she has been actively involved in nearly every aspect of the junior Brahman program, including leadership contests, public speaking, showmanship, educational events, breed promotion, and cattle exhibitions. Through these experiences, she has developed a deep appreciation for the opportunities the junior association provides young people across Texas.
Being elected to the board represents an opportunity to give back to an organization that has played a major role in shaping her own development.
As a junior member, Mollie has been fortunate to experience success both in and out of the show ring. Her accomplishments include championship titles at some of the nation’s most prestigious Brahman events, leadership awards, and numerous educational achievements. Yet those who know her best understand that her greatest growth has come through the friendships, mentorships, and life lessons gained through participation in the junior Brahman program.
The Texas Junior Brahman Association has long been recognized as one of the strongest junior breed organizations in the country. Through leadership conferences, educational contests, community service projects, and cattle exhibitions, the organization helps develop the next generation of agricultural leaders.
Mollie is honored by the trust her fellow members have placed in her and is excited to represent them during her term on the board.
As parents, Brandon and Rachel Cutrer could not be more proud.
Watching a young person develop into a leader is far more rewarding than any championship banner. Leadership requires character, humility, and a willingness to serve others. The fact that Mollie’s peers saw those qualities in her enough to elect her to this position is something we will always cherish.
We congratulate Mollie on this accomplishment and look forward to seeing the positive impact she will make on the Texas Junior Brahman Association and the future of the Brahman breed.
