We are now accepting nominations for the 4th Annual Brahman Country Genetics Female Sale, happening May 22-23 in an online sale at DVAuction.com
The cattle will be available for veiwing from May 15 to sale day at BRC Ranch in Boling, Texas. This is a premier opportunity for BRC customers to showcase and market their elite Brahman females in a live, in-person sale.
All Brahman Country Genetics and BRC Ranch customers are invited to submit nominations for consideration.
Nomination & Eligibility Details
- Deadline for nominations: March 23, 2026
- Submit nominations electronically here: (One form per head)
- Cattle must carry at least 50% BRC breeding (sired by a BRC/Brahman Country Genetics sire or out of a BRC female). Preference is given to animals with a 100% BRC pedigree.
- Eligible cattle include: Open heifers, show prospects, bred heifers, and cows
- All cattle must be registered with ABBA by March 23, 2026. Pending registrations will not be accepted. Please start your registration process now if you have not. We will not accept any cattle who are not registered by this date.
All consignments will be screened and approved by the BRC team. If you’d like a preliminary review, feel free to text a picture of your consignment nominee to Brandon at 601-466-7536.
Delivery Dates & Sale Prep
To ensure high-quality promotion and preparation, all sale cattle must be delivered to BRC Ranch by April 18, 2026. No exceptions.

Official Delivery Dates:
- Friday, April 10 – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, April 11, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Monday, April 13 – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday, April 17 – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, April 18 – 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. (Final deadline to deliver cattle to the ranch!)

Once cattle are on-site, BRC will handle all feeding, care, marketing, photography, and video production for the sale. Ranch House Designs will create the sale catalog, and our team will take care of everything to ensure your cattle receive top exposure.

$8 per head per day for feed & care while at BRC
