The Brahman breed took center stage in McKinney, Texas, as elite breeders and young showmen gathered for the 2025 Red River Brahman Alliance Show. Brad Gonce served as the judge.
We’re proud to highlight our cattle who brought home championship honors and several division titles, and even top showmanship accolades—showcasing the depth, strength, and future-forward vision of the BRC program.

Grand Champion Female
BRC I Wish You Would 523
Sire: MSP King Garrett 584/1
Dam: +BRC Sweetie 486/8
BRC I Wish You Would 523 was a stunning champion, emerging from winning class 1 – the youngest class of the day – and being chosen as Grand Champion. This is an exceptional female that we are very high on. She is a full sister to BRC Johnny Brahman 299 – the Grand Champion Bull at Houston in 2025 and a full sister to BRC Smoke Show 368 and BRC Gussied Up 372. All of these exceptional animals represent the very strategic mating between our high show type Sweetie cow family and the proven maternal bloodline from Partin Ranch. She’s the next great one—and proof that the Sweetie cow family continues to deliver champions. A huge congrats to Mollie Jo Cutrer on the great job showing this young heifer.

Junior Champion Female
BRC Smoke Show 368
Sire: MSP King Garrett 584/1
Dam:+BRC Sweetie 486/8
The full sibling to our champion female, BRC Smoke Show 368 lived up to her name. Elegant and powerful, this heifer showcased the strength of consistent genetics and thoughtful breeding. This female is showing heavy bred for a summer calf and we can’t wait to see her get into production.

Intermediate Champion Bull
BRC Six Gun 328
Sire: +BRC 160/8
Dam: JLT MS SHANNON 631
Owner: Jackson P. Crew
Power, muscle, and presence—BRC Six Gun 328 brought it all to the ring. This impressive son of +160/8 continues to prove why BRC bulls are setting the standard nationwide. Congratulations to Jackson Crew for an outstanding job presenting this bold, balanced champion.

Junior Yearling Champion Bull
BRC Wells Fargo Wagon 383
Sire: +BRC NOBLE 458/7 Dam: +BRC 103/8
Owned with Indian Feather Brahmans
From the moment he stepped in the ring, Wells Fargo Wagon 383 turned heads with his style and structural correctness. With a pedigree anchored by Noble and +103/8, this bull is a younger full sibling to our powerhouses like BRC Me Again Margaret 254 and BRC Money Don’t Jiggle 240. He represents the kind of elite quality our breeding program is built on.

Calf Champion Bull
BRC Hickory Stump 413
Sire: +BRC 160/8
Dam: +MISS V8 775/7
A name as bold as his look—BRC Hickory Stump 413 brought home the calf championship title with style. We are extremely excited about this modern replica of 160/8, who’s made just a notch smoother than 160 and has a more desirable sheath. Hickory Stump is also a full brother to elite cattle in our herd like BRC Rock Me Mama 250 and BRC Ashley Grant 489. This bloodline consistently produces moderate framed, power packed cattle with great structural soundness as well as that BRC presence that makes our cattle stand out.
BRC juniors also took command in the showmanship ring. Jackson Crew led the way as the Intermediate Champion Showman, with Mollie Cutrer right behind him as the Reserve Intermediate Champion Showman. Their skill, poise, and confidence in the ring were a reflection of hard work and dedication—and the mentorship behind the BRC program.
Thank you to the Red River Brahman Alliance for hosting such an outstanding event. We’re proud to be a part of this community and grateful for the chance to showcase the strength and future of the BRC herd. Congratulations to all the exhibitors and families—this show was one for the books!
