Western Office Design Inspired by Ranching, Heritage, and Cattle Culture
When we designed the new BRC Ranch office, we wanted the space to reflect more than just a workplace. We wanted it to tell the story of our ranch, our cattle, and the heritage of the Brahman breed.
Every wall, every photograph, and every piece of furniture in the BRC office was selected to create a space that feels authentic to ranch life while still being clean, modern, and welcoming to visitors from around the world.
The result is a western-inspired office design that blends ranch tradition with modern functionality. And we are proud to share it with you!

A Ranch Office Built Around Storytelling
One of the most important elements of the BRC office design is that the space tells the story of the ranch.
Visitors immediately see:
• Championship cattle
• Historic photographs
• Breed icons
• Family history
• Ranch accomplishments
Rather than feeling like a traditional office, the space feels more like a living gallery of the Brahman breed and the legacy of BRC Ranch.
Upon entering through the double doors, visitors immediately are captivated by the stunning head mount of our iconic sire, +BRC Noble 458/7, the bull that shaped the foundations of BRC Ranch. His display above a cozy fireplace welcomes visitors to sit down, relax, and enjoy their visit.
Large-scale black and white cattle photography lines the hallways, creating a powerful visual experience as visitors walk through the building.
These oversized images of legendary herd bulls Captain, Noble, and Boombox showcase the strength, character, and presence of Brahman cattle — the animals that built the ranch.

Western Office Decor: Leather, Wood, and Heritage
The design palette throughout the office centers around natural ranch materials.
Key design elements include:
• Rich leather sofas
• Dark wood cabinetry
• Cowhide accents
• Western rugs with geometric patterns
• Rustic wood trim and doors
• Handcrafted furniture pieces
These textures create a warm and authentic ranch atmosphere while still maintaining a professional environment for meetings and business operations.
The leather seating in the main lounge area gives visitors a comfortable place to relax, while the surrounding trophy displays celebrate the ranch’s accomplishments in the show ring.

A Gallery of Brahman Cattle
One of the most striking features of the office is the wall of framed Brahman cattle portraits by Venezuelan artist Jesus Daza.

These pieces showcase influential sires and animals bred by Brandon and Rachel Cutrer who have helped shape the BRC breeding program.
This creates a space that feels deeply connected to the work happening at BRC Ranch every day.
For cattle producers visiting the ranch, these walls immediately communicate the history, pride, and genetic influence behind the program.
The Trophy Display
Another highlight of the office is the trophy and awards display.

The shelves showcase:
• Championship bronze cattle sculptures, all featuring Grand Champions from the Houston Livestock Show
• The BIF Seedstock Producer of the Year trophy
• Gifts from international breed associations for Houston championship honors
• Historic ranch awards
The display was intentionally designed to celebrate the accomplishments of the ranch while also honoring the cattle and people behind those successes.
A Modern Ranch Kitchen
The BRC office also includes a ranch-style kitchen designed to host customers, friends, and guests who visit the ranch.
Features include:
• Warm wood cabinetry
• Oversized island seating
• Woven pendant lighting
• Open gathering space
• Vintage Fiestaware dishes
This area often becomes a natural gathering point during ranch tours, sale events, or casual meetings.
Just like any good ranch, the kitchen becomes the heart of the building.

Personal Touches
Beyond cattle and ranch history, the office also includes personal family spaces.
Individual offices feature artwork and décor that reflect family members, team members, and their involvement in the ranch.
From youth show memories to personalized artwork, these details make the space feel uniquely BRC.
One of the most personal touches of the office is the custom created Brahman wallpaper featured in the powder room. The wallpaper was designed by Kristen Davis of Ranch House Designs and features iconic BRC imagery. A custom wallpaper company in London printed the wallpaper for us and shipped it to Texas.

Designed for Visitors From Around the World
Each year, BRC Ranch hosts thousands of visitors from across the United States and around the globe.
The office was designed to create a welcoming environment for:
• cattle producers
• international breeders
• industry leaders
• friends of the ranch
The design blends western heritage with modern professionalism — reflecting both the tradition of ranching and the forward-thinking nature of the BRC breeding program.

A Ranch Built From the Ground Up
For many who have visited BRC Ranch over the years, you know that our business didn’t begin in a polished office. It began with nothing.
In fact, for most of our history, the majority of our cattle deals happened either standing in the dirt of the show barn or sitting on a very small outdoor patio outside the feed room.
That’s the nature of a real ranch.
BRC Ranch was built from the ground up. Everything here has been created through years of work, careful decisions, and steady growth. There was no inheritance behind it and no outside investors funding the dream. Just a vision, a lot of hard work, and a commitment to build something meaningful in the cattle business.
Because of that, this office has been a dream nearly seven years in the making.
It wasn’t something we rushed into. Instead, it came together slowly through careful financial planning and patience, making sure the ranch remained strong and sustainable first.
Today, the BRC Ranch office serves as both a workspace and a place to welcome friends, customers, and fellow cattlemen from around the world. But at its heart, it still reflects the same philosophy that built the ranch in the first place:
Work hard.
Build it the right way.
And never forget where you started.
Ranch Style Meets Modern Function
The BRC Ranch office proves that a workspace can be both functional and deeply connected to the culture of the ranch.
By combining natural materials, cattle imagery, and personal history, the office reflects the same philosophy that guides the BRC breeding program:
Respect the past.
Build for the future.
